Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsGoogle trusts businesses that other businesses vouch for. We clean up your listings so every directory tells the same story, then earn the local and industry links that make your website and map profile more credible, without paid link schemes.
Two different jobs
A citation is a mention of your business name, address and phone number on another site, such as a directory, a map service or a chamber of commerce listing. Their value is consistency. When the details agree everywhere, Google can be confident about who and where you are. When a branch moved two years ago and three directories still show the old address, that confidence slips.
A link is a clickable reference from another website to yours. Links from relevant, respected sites are one of the signals Google uses to judge how much to trust a page. They have to be earned. Buying links, or swapping them in bulk, breaks Google's spam policies and puts a site at risk.
Where links come from
| Source | Example | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturers and suppliers | Dealer or rental locators, brand partner pages | A relevant link from a company you buy from, where you are eligible. |
| Trade and contractor associations | Local builder and contractor groups, rental industry associations | It places you among the businesses your renters work with. |
| Chambers of commerce and local business groups | Member directories and event pages | Local, genuine and usually straightforward to get. |
| Customers and project partners | A contractor's project page, a general contractor's preferred-vendor list | It reflects real work, which Google values. |
| Industry publications | Construction and rental trade magazines, local business press | Useful, relevant mentions when you have something worth saying. |
| Community and sponsorships | Trade-school programs, local events, youth sports | Local organizations often link to their sponsors. |
Eligibility and terms vary by organization. We confirm each opportunity is genuine before we pursue it.
Equipment-specific
Equipment rental has link sources that most local businesses do not. Manufacturer and dealer-network pages for the brands you rent, whether excavators, skid steers, boom lifts or generators, can list rental yards where you are eligible. Contractor and builder associations, concrete and utility trade groups, industrial and facilities organizations, and rental industry associations are natural places to be listed. Local trade publications and business press are worth pursuing when you have something real to say, such as a new yard, a fleet expansion or a community project.
What we do
Fix what is wrong
We find every listing for each location, correct the details and remove duplicates.
Where renters look
Accurate listings on the major map services and business directories. About citation building.
Earn relevant links
We pursue links from the groups, suppliers and partners listed above. About link building.
Know what was done
You see which listings were fixed and which links were earned each month.
How it works
We search for every listing and mention of each location, then record the facts that should be consistent.
Wrong names, old addresses and duplicate entries are fixed at the source.
We research the suppliers, associations, partners and community organizations that make sense for your market.
We reach out, create what is worth linking to and track what comes in.
Cost
Citations and Google Business Profile management are part of every Organic Growth plan. No setup fee, no contract.
Questions
Citation management is included in every Organic Growth plan: $1,495 a month for Silver, $2,495 for Gold and $3,495 for Platinum. There is no setup fee and no contract.
No. Paid links and link swaps break Google's spam policies, and the penalty can cost you far more than the links ever earned. We pursue links that exist for a reason, such as a supplier listing or an association membership.
It depends on your market and on what is genuinely available to you. We do not promise a number, and we report what we have earned.
Inconsistent details make it harder for Google to confirm which business is which. It can also send real renters to a dead number, which costs rentals directly.
It is one part of it. Links and listings support the pages and profiles described in equipment rental SEO and local SEO.
