Get results in days, not monthsResults in days, not monthsA lead for an equipment rental company is a phone call, a quote request or a reservation from someone who actually needs a machine. We combine search, maps and ads to bring those in, and set up the tracking so you can see which ones turn into rentals.
What counts
Not every inquiry is worth the same. A contractor asking about a one-day rental, a utility crew that rents every month and a general contractor opening an account are all valuable, but in different ways, and the marketing that attracts them differs. Counting every form fill as a win hides the leads that matter most and the ones that waste your counter staff's time.
So we start by deciding what a good lead means for you: the machines you want to rent more of, the account types you want to win and the area you deliver to. The channels are then judged against that, not against raw volume.
Which machines
Lead generation works best when it is pointed at specific machines. We look at which categories earn the most per rental, which sit idle between jobs and which draw the repeat accounts you want: excavators and skid steers in the building season, boom lifts and scissor lifts for finish trades, telehandlers for framing and roofing, generators and light towers for storms and winter work. Marketing then leans toward the equipment that has capacity and margin, and eases off the machines that are already booked.
Lead sources
| Source | Who it reaches | Speed | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | People searching to rent right now | Fast | Filling specific machines and slow weeks |
| Google Maps profile | Nearby searchers on phones | Moderate | Urgent, "near me" rentals |
| City and equipment pages | People searching a machine in a city | Gradual | Owning a territory without per-click cost |
| SEO guides and content | People researching or comparing | Gradual | Steady inbound from planning-stage searches |
| AI search | People asking a chatbot | Gradual | Being named when questions are asked in full sentences |
| Repeat and referral | Past renters and their contacts | Ongoing | Contractor accounts and word of mouth |
The speeds are general patterns, not promises. Which sources matter most depends on your fleet, market and season.
Owned vs. rented leads
Third-party rental marketplaces and referral services can send rentals your way, and they have their place. But they sit between you and the customer, and the renter often does not remember your name. Leads that come from your own search results, map profile and website start a relationship you control, and they are the ones that turn into accounts.
That is why we put most effort into the channels you own, and treat other sources as a supplement.
After the click
Marketing can bring in a call that nobody answers. Rental counters are busy, and a missed call at 7:30 a.m. goes to the next yard. We look at what happens after a lead arrives: whether the phone is answered during the hours your ads run, how fast a quote request gets a reply and whether the quote form asks for more than it needs.
We cannot see inside your counter, so we ask. But call and form tracking show how many leads arrive, when and from where, which is often enough to spot a gap.
What we set up
Count what matters
Tracking so calls, quote requests and reservations show up as results.
Fast calls
Campaigns for the machines you want to rent more. Google Ads for rental.
Steady inbound
Profiles and pages that earn leads without per-click costs. Equipment rental SEO.
More of the visits
Rates, delivery area and a short quote path. Rental web design.
What turned into rentals
We go through leads with you and shift effort toward what works.
How it works
We agree which machines, customers and areas matter most.
We make sure every call and quote request is counted and labeled by source.
We start with the channels that fit your budget and timeline, then add more.
We compare leads to actual rentals with you each month and adjust.
Pricing
Lead generation is a combination of services, so you can start with one and add more. All plans are month-to-month with no setup fee.
Questions
It depends on the channels you use. RankGuarantee™ landing pages are $495 a month, managed paid ads start at $895 a month, and Organic Growth SEO starts at $1,495 a month. Ad spend is separate. There are no contracts or setup fees.
We cannot give an honest number without knowing your market, fleet and budget. We estimate from your own economics before launch and report actual leads every month.
No. We do not sell or resell leads. We build the marketing that brings people to your business and measure the results.
Partly by asking you. Call and form tracking show the lead; your counter shows whether it rented. We review the two together each month.
That is a good problem, but missed calls are lost rentals. We can adjust ad schedules to your hours and flag when calls arrive outside them.
